Section 1. To secure improved wages, hours, working conditions and other economic advantages through organization, negotiations and collective bargaining, through legal and economic means, and other lawful methods.
Section 2. To engage in organizing workers and to provide the benefit of unionism to all workers and to protect and preserve the benefits obtained for members of this organization.
Section 3. To sponsor and support regular training and continuing education to promote the professional skills of Contract Security Officers.
Section 4. To combat all forms of discrimination based on race, sex, age, religion, national origin, political belief or sexual orientation.
INTERNATIONAL SCOPE
All Government Security Agencies to form together under one united union, and to have the bargaining power needed to ensure all Security Officers and their families are provided for.
To ensure all Security Officers are equally and fairly represented for conditions of employment, health, safety, and wages.
To Have lobbying power in Washington, D.C.
To ensure all members have a choice in running the International.
To create a resolution to ensure a Brotherhood for our union and not personal power of politics.
To only represent Security Officers working for DOE, DOD, NRC, Federal, and now (as of the May 2000 Convention) other selective/highly trained security officers.
